    • What is BrandSquare?
    BrandSquare is a product sourcing platform that helps Nigerian small business owners and entrepreneurs source quality products directly from verified Chinese suppliers at affordable prices, with a flexible 50% upfront payment model.
    What products can you source?
    We source a wide range of products including electronics, fashion, beauty products, home goods, tools, toys, school supplies, and more. If you have a specific product in mind that is not listed, reach out to us and we will check availability.
    How do I get a price quote?
    Simply fill out our sourcing request form or send us a message on WhatsApp with your product details — name, quantity, specifications, and any special requirements. We will get back to you with a full cost breakdown within 24 to 48 hours.
    What is the minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity depends on the product and supplier. We will always communicate the minimum order requirement when we send your quote so you can make an informed decision.
    How long does shipping usually take?
    Shipping typically takes 35 to 65 days via sea freight (standard option). If you need faster delivery, air freight is available and takes 7 to 11 days. We will always give you an estimated delivery timeline before you confirm your order.
    What happens if the products don't meet the quality I requested?
    Before any goods leave China, our team inspects them thoroughly. If the goods fail our quality check, we resolve the issue with the supplier before shipping. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, we work to get you a refund or replacement as outlined in our terms.

    • Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your goods are shipped, we provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment from China to your city.
    How will I know when my goods arrive my city?
    We will notify you immediately via WhatsApp, SMS, and email as soon as your goods arrive at our Lagos warehouse. You will receive clear pickup instructions and the warehouse address.
    How long do I have to collect my goods after they arrive?
    You have 7 days from the arrival date to pay your balance and collect your goods. This gives you enough time to arrange payment and schedule pickup at your convenience.
    What if I have an issue or question during the sourcing process?
    Our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm via WhatsApp, phone, and email. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. You are never left in the dark — we keep you updated at every stage.
  • Payments & Documentation
    • How does the 50% upfront payment work?
    When you confirm an order, you pay 50% of the total cost upfront. We use this to source, inspect, and ship your goods from China. Once your goods arrive at our Lagos warehouse, you pay the remaining 50% within 7 days and collect your products.
    Is my payment safe?
    Yes. All payments are made to BrandSquare's official account and are fully secured. We do not release payment to suppliers until goods have passed our quality inspection. Your money is protected at every stage.
    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept bank transfers to our official BrandSquare account. Once the full platform launches, we will also accept card payments and other digital payment methods for your convenience.
    Will I get an invoice or receipt for my payment?
    Yes. You will receive a payment confirmation and invoice for every transaction. All documentation is provided for your records and business accounting.
    What happens if I cannot pay the balance within 7 days?
    If you need more time, contact us immediately to discuss your situation. We understand business can be unpredictable and we are here to work with you. However, failure to communicate may result in your goods being resold and a deduction from your initial payment to cover storage and handling fees.
